Instructions for ARPG’s Authors

There is no submission fee.

Manuscript
 Submission Online

Respected authors may submit their manuscript through online submission system. For this, they are supposed to follow some easy steps.

a.First register yourself with ARPG system or if have already an account then Log in.
b.From Journal List select the journal in which you want to submit your manuscript.
c.Click on the submit manuscript key located on the right side of the page.
d.Fill the online submission form, attach the manuscript file and then submit.

Note: Authors are required to submit the manuscript in MS Word, not in PDF or any other format.

Paper Language
Authors are asked to submit the manuscript written in the English language. Manuscripts written in another language are not acceptable.

Reviewers Suggestion
Authors should suggest two potential reviewers. Maybe the editor makes contact with the potential reviewers but it is not sure. While suggesting potential reviewers authors must keep some points in mind.

a.Suggested reviewers should not be from co-authors.
b.Suggested reviewers should not be from authors’ university.
c.Suggested reviewers should not have any publication with authors during the last 5 years.
d.Suggested reviewers must have expertise in the respective field of study.

Publication Fee

Manuscript Preparation
Title: Paper must contain the full title, author,s full name, email address, affiliation and contact number.
Abstract: The Abstract of the manuscript should state the scope of the experiment and indicate significant data and point out major findings and conclusion. The submitted manuscript should be in MS Word and must have an abstract, not more than 350 words. The abstract should include background, experiment and conclusion.
Keywords: After abstract 4-6 key words must be added.
Introduction: An introduction should include a clear statement of the problem, the relevant literature on the subject and the proposed approach or solution. It should be easy and understandable.
Materials and methods: There should be clearly explained Materials and methods to allow possible replication of the research. The true new research method should be described in detail; previously published methods should be cited and important modifications of published methods should be mentioned in detail.
Results: The results should be presented clearly and precisely. The results should be written in the past tense when describing the author’s findings. Previously published findings should be written in the present tense. 
Discussion: The Discussion should interpret the findings in view of the results obtained in this and in the past studies on this topic. 
Conclusion: State the conclusions in a few sentences at the end of the paper. The Results and Discussion section may include subheadings, and if appropriate, both sections can be combined.
Abbreviation: Abbreviated words should be written in full by mentioning in the parenthesis.
Illustration: Illustrations should be submitted sequentially with numbered figures. It should not be inserted in the manuscript but supplied after the main body of the text.
Tables: Tables should be added with the number and short heading. 
Footnotes: These should be numbered consecutively in the text.
Acknowledgements: Acknowledgments should be included at the end of the paper and before the references.
Appendix: It should be added at the end of the manuscript.
Reference: All references should be listed at the end of the paper. All references should be completed as quoted in the following examples:

Submission Status
After the submission author may inquire about the status of the submission by email on status@arpgweb.com. statusarpg@gmail.com

For status, inquiry authors need to send the title of the manuscript and mention the journal in which they have submitted the manuscript. 
Authors’ mail will be responded in a short time. They will be informed about the manuscript status and provided the paper id for future correspondence. 
Authors also may know the status of their submission through an online system by logging in where they may view the status of their submission.
