ARPG has certain high standard of publication ethics to ensure the quality of publications and originality of contributions. We follow strict rules and regulations about publication. We consider the only contribution that is unpublished, original and not copied right by other person. The editors, peer reviewers and authors of ARPG are responsible to make sure the high standard of publication ethics.
Our editors are responsible to make sure the receipt of a contribution. They check the material of the manuscript and similarity. Similarity means matching the lines or paragraph to other published work. In case of similarity ARPG editors may reject the manuscript or send to author asking him to add original work. After ensuring the originality of work and finding it a complete research contribution they make contact with the reviewers for review. ARPG reviewers are not allowed to accept or reject a manuscript. They just comment and argument objectively. After receiving the review report from the reviewers, ARPG editors take the decision about manuscript acceptance/rejection.
Authors are welcomed to submit their research work that meets the general criteria of significance and scientific excellence. Accepted papers will published approximately after one month of acceptance.
ARPG’s authors are responsible to submit an original work that is accurate with an objective discussion. If the work is found to be fraudulent and plagiarized, it would not be published. Any unethical step taken by authors would not be accepted and tolerated.
Authors are responsible to provide raw material of their manuscript on demand. Editors may ask the authors to provide raw data of the manuscript for review purpose. So author should keep safe raw data even after the five years of the publication of the manuscript.
Authors should submit the manuscript that is unpublished and is not under review or under publication in any other international journals.
Authors are responsible to submit the work that is not based on plagiarism and published in the other journals.
The contents and materials of the submitted manuscript should not be taken from copyrighted work by other person.
Authors must cite all publications used to determine the nature of their submitted manuscript.
Authors in the submitted manuscript are those who contributed in the study during preparation, design, conception and interpretation. So, corresponding author must ensure that all authors contributed to the work.
If errors are found in a published manuscript author should report this to the editor or the publisher to retracting and correcting the manuscript.
Accept the manuscript for review that meets to your expertise
It is possible that when editor of the journal makes contact with you he may not know your area of specialization. So you are asked to accept only that manuscript that meets your specialization. You will be invited for review and in case of non related manuscript you just decline by sending an email immediately, and then the editor of the journal will make contact with the other reviewers of the journal. If the said manuscript meets your specialization then accept the invitation by mail immediately if you are available to review.
During the review process make sure the clarity of the review. Means review the paper impartially, clearly and honestly focusing on maintaining the quality of the journal. You need to focus on maintaining the quality of the journal by making a critical review report because author will revise the paper according to the suggestions.
Keep the privacy of the manuscript given for review. You are not allowed to use it for your own research work. Also you are prohibited to use the information of the manuscript for your own research work.
Importance of your review report
Your argument, comments on the paper and the suggestions will be most useful to the editor of the journal to make decision about the manuscript. At this point you are requested to do the review critically and your suggestions should be useful to improve the paper, it should not demotivate the author of the manuscript. You need to review the paper in detail and make suggestions, comments and arguments.
For review you will be given a deadline. You will have to complete the review process in the given time. Deadlines may be different for different journals because it varies from journal to journal. If you cannot complete the review within time, inform the editor immediately for more time.
