Abstract
Social media is not only an important component for mass communication but also a toolkit to provide people with various services. As the most representative visual-oriented social networking site in the world, Instagram enables users to take photos and videos, as well as share them on other platforms with its accurate target user positioning. There have been many researchers involving with studies on Instagram’s development from different perspectives. This paper conducts an extensive literature review of Instagram, focusing on the research methods that researchers use to collect and analyze data. Based on the review, it can be seen that most scholars collect Instagram data by capturing API data, designing questionnaires, and face-to-face interviews. Both quantitative methods such as data modeling and regression analysis and qualitative methods such as text analysis and context analysis are used to analyze Instagram features. Researchers also utilized advanced technical tools and analytical methods, such as face recognition, comparative analysis, and case studies, to gain a more insightful perception on Instagram.

Abstract
This study aims to see the magnitude of commitment and employee work discipline effect on the employees’ performance at Lubuklinggau Barat I District, in Lubuklinggau Indonesia. This study uses quantitative associative methods, which aim to explain the relationship between the independent variables with the dependent variable. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees at Lubuklinggau Barat I District, with a total sample of 93 respondents. The sampling technique was conducted by the saturated sample technique. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis methods and hypothesis testing. Statistical testing using the SPSS 24.0 application. The results of this study indicate that partially Employee Placement has a positive effect on employee performance, and Work Climate also has a positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, Employee Placement and Work Climate have a positive effect on employee performance at Lubuklinggau Barat I District, in Lubuklinggau. With an influence of 65.7% and the remaining 34.3% is influenced by other factors that are not examined. Researchers limit the focus of the problem on employee placement and work climate on employee performance. Performance is also influenced by other variables such as: leadership, work environment, placement, etc. which are still open for in-depth study in subsequent studies. This study comes from the actual problems faced by employees at Lubuklinggau Barat I District, in Lubuklinggau, due to the low quality and quantity of existing employee performance. This study is not merely looking for a relationship between the independent and dependent variables and the magnitude of their effect on performance, but it further links the research results and managerial impacts that arise after the research results are obtained.

Abstract
The land use land cover change and its modeling approach has recently been considered by the scientific community to observe environmental changes. Remote Sensing and Geographical Information System (GIS) give major techniques which can be useful in the analysis at the town locale as well as the city levels. RS data from Thematic Mapper sensor of 1998, 2002, 2010, 2014, and 2018, Operational Land Imager of 2018 were used for the analysis. The study used a supervised classification technique for classification, and Cellular Automata Markovian (CA-Markov) Model analysis was used for future projection of 2038. The result shows that the projected the year 2038 with 0.9079 K-standard value of stimulation, the study further uses Maximum likelihood classifier (MLC) a supervised classification method to classify the images. The study reveals a continuous pattern of urban growth from 3.96 km2 in 2018 to 4.73 in 2038 in terms of settlement growth, dense vegetation has decreased from 11.73 in 2018 to 8.55 in 2038 also shrubland has decreased from 44.82 to 36.30, the last bare land has increased more than all the classes from 162.69 to 173.69. The findings of the present study are useful for planners and decision-makers in sustainable natural resource management.
