Judgemental sampling method is used to locate the targeted respondents and data collected is analysed using Partial Least Squares Equation Modeling. The results reveal that PRESOR has a positive impact on Internal CSR. Internal CSR has no significant impact on Employee Engagement among academicians and its’ indirect effect between PRESOR and Employee Engagement is also found to be insignificant. The findings contribute by providing some insights on the role of ethics and social responsibility among academicians in the education sector. Education institutions may wish to look into other means to increase academicians’ employee engagement instead of ethics and social responsibility.

Abstract
Focus of the study is to look into two main factors namely perceived value and personal values on consumers’ repurchase intention on eco-friendly home appliances. Perceived values was represented by functional value, social value, financial value, whilst personal values were looking into the consumer’ perceived environmental consciousness and health consciousness. The data was collected among the users of green home appliances such as air-conditioning, refrigerators and lighting of the brands available in Malaysia. In total 193 respondents’ answers were used for further analysis. Data collected was analyse using PLS-SEM 3.0. The result indicated that only functional value, environmental consciousness, and health consciousness were the only constructs that directly influenced the consumer decision to re-purchase the green home appliances with (ß=0.533, p=0.00) (ß=0.325, p=0.00) and (ß=0.143, p<0.05) respectively. It is suggested that the idea of stressing and developing the awareness in taking care of the environment should be instilled from a young age and should start at home. Every household should carry out the activities of recycling and reusing items, as it plays a big role in reducing unwanted wastage that is harmful to the environment. Thus, effective advertising that uses emotional appeal should be implemented in local TV commercials and printed ads to raise the interest towards green home appliances.

Abstract
This study focuses on human rights discourse on the 2014 presidential and vice presidential campaign in Koran Sindo and Media Indonesia newspapers. Both media are building discourse because of alignment to certain presidential and vice presidential candidates. Sindo newspaper sided with Prabowo Subianto-Hatta Rajasa couples while Media Indonesia supports Joko Widodo-Jusuf Kalla. Using two research methods, the critical discourse analysis of Norman Fairclough and critical linguistic analysis Roger Fowler and his colleagues, this research finds first that human rights discourse is used as a political tool, either endorsing or hitting certain presidential and vice presidential pairs. The discourse that he built is not to uphold human rights in Indonesia that is essential but for the sake of momentary interest in winning certain candidates in political contestation. This can be seen from the words, sentences, paradigms, and discourse that carried the two newspapers. Second, the alignment of Koran Sindo and Media Indonesia to certain presidential and vice presidential pairs make journalism both problematic. The five pillars of journalism under study are justice, objectivity, independence, impartiality / neutrality, and cover of both sides to collapse and loss of vital elbow.

First, paralegals play the role of "familiarization" of the legal system for poor and marginalized groups such as women victims of violence. Second, paralegals are more accessible to women’s groups. In addition to being easy to find, legal services by paralegals are cheaper than similar services provided by lawyers or advocates. Third, paralegals influence the power relations and bargaining position of women groups that can be seen from reaction changes and other parties’ responses including responses from government institutions and law enforcement agencies. In general, paralegals apply methods of empowerment, education and legal training and representatives of justice seekers. In addition to seeking justice seekers to obtain justice in a real sense, paralegals also build social movements capable of encouraging the settlement of cases and enforcement of women’s rights.Constraints often faced by paralegals in assisting women victims of access to justice are the absence of formal legitimacy for paralegals in terms of legislation, the lack of funds owned by institutions where paralegals are sheltered and formal education level problems for uneven paralegals.
