Abstract
The issues of maintaining and managing high-rise buildings in Malaysia have been a matter for discussionfor a long time. This has led to significant amendments of the rules and regulations that have governed the stratified buildings in Malaysia. Now, the Strata Management Act 2013 (Strata Management Act 2013 Act 757), which came into force on June 1, 2015, is the main reference document that outlines the roles and responsibilities of the COB and JMB in the maintenance and management of high rise/stratified buildings. Act 757 recognised the formation of two main entities in terms of managing and maintaining the stratified buildings; these are the Commissioner of Building (COB) and the Joint Management Building (JMB) before the formation of the Management Corporation (MC). For the purposes of this article, the study focused solely on the MC of the commercial buildings perspective in Jitra, Kedah Malaysia because that particular building was only the commercial building to have been established by the MC. The Act 757 clearly stipulated specific duties and powers for the JMB/MC in terms of managing and maintaining the sub-divided stratified buildings, without mentioning whether that high-rise properties were residential or commercial. Therefore, this study aims to identify the challenges of maintaining and managing high-rise commercial buildings compared with the residential buildings from the perspective of the MC. The data were collected using the face-to-face interview method in order to glean in-depth information, which is in line with the qualitative approach. The respondent of this study was the Chairman of the MC of the commercial buildings in Jitra, Kedah Malaysia which was selected as a case study. The finding showed that, compared with the JMBS/MCs of residential buildings, the MCs of the commercial buildings were required to perform extra tasks such as tenancy management, marketing strategy and prolonging the investment sustainability. Failure to perform those particular tasks may jeopardise the business sustainability of the particular buildings.

Abstract
The objective of the study was to identify the effectiveness of GeoGebra’s dynamic software application on the work of grade 8 students based on geometric learning areas in Shape and Space, which includes the topics of Pythagoras Theorem, Coordinate, Locus in Two Dimensions and Transformation. At the end of the study, researchers were keen to know whether or not there were evidence of creative and innovative features in the students’ works, including skills such as applying, analysing, evaluating and creativity in line with Higher Order Thinking skills (HOTs) in Bloom’s taxonomy to support inquiry, exploration, create and reflection within Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education. The researchers conducted a quasi-experimental study that consisted of pre-test and post-test to identify the effectiveness of GeoGebra’s dynamic software in mathematical learning before and after treatment. A total of 102 students participated in the study. Both quantitative data and qualitative data were collected. The quantitative data was analyzed using MANOVA test. The validity and reliability of GeoGebra’s dynamic software manuals and the research instruments were validated by a panel of appointed mathematicians. Meanwhile, the qualitative data was collected through teacher questionnaire, teacher and student interviews, video recording, observation and field notes. The checklist of experimental group’s works using GeoGebra’s dynamic software demonstrates that the features of HOTs cognitive skills, namely apply, analyze, evaluate, and create had occurred at high frequencies and percentages. This indicates that Shape and Space geometry learning using GeoGebra’s dynamic software enables students to create critical, creative and innovative solutions to mathematical tasks that enhances problem solving skills characterized by inquiry, exploration, creation and reflection that support STEM education.

Abstract
Campus landscape is a created for aesthetically pleasing, educationally satisfying and environmentally sustaining. Unlike other places, the university has a distinct characteristic. The demand for high education required more space for students living. Previous research has mentioned on viewing landscape with stress recovery and reduce mental fatigue. Furthermore, several studies also suggested to university to provide a classroom with a window for viewing the landscape. The benefits gain from that has correlated with enhance positive emotions, mental health, quality of life as well as students’ academic performance. Vegetation is an essential element in visual landscape assessment. Plants traits able to attract viewers attention. Better landscape scenery often composed of various plant properties with properly design based on principles guidelines. However, the study on planting composition seems neglected. Therefore, this study is to explore the significance of planting composition in visual interest within the campus context. Different context anticipated different composition depends on the location, concept or function. Crucially, students are exposure with a lot of stress and challenges. Moreover, less daily contact with nature, spend more time indoors and continuously technology connectedness has predicted to negative impact on student performance. Thus, this study is suggestive to encourage nature connectedness. Before that, the preferred planting composition must be reviewed to ensure the effectiveness in visual preferences. The review process then analyses using qualitative software Atlas.ti© Version 8.0. The precedents literature was recorded and categorised in coding. The result demonstrates that there are the factors that should be pursued to influence more visual interest, particularly on campus.
